A Guided Tour of the Gardens at The Mount

Groups of 15 or more spend 45 minutes exploring the elegant formal gardens designed by Edith Wharton, visiting the grass terraces, walled garden, lime walk, flower garden and rock garden of this newly restored three-acre landscape. A dedicated guide discusses Wharton’s great passion for gardening, her achievement in landscape design, and the importance of The Mount’s gardens to her life and work.

• Groups may combine a tour of the house and gardens in one visit.
