Visitors may either take guided tours or walk through the house and gardens on their own.

House and Garden Guided Tours
Let one of our expert guides introduce you to Wharton's life, works, and love of architecture and interior design. Tours of The Mount's three acres of restored formal gardens, among the largest and most exquisite in New England, are also available. See below or call 413-551-5111 for information and daily schedule. All tours are $2 plus admission. Group tour rates available with advance reservations.
Friday Night Fright ghost tours every Friday night at 6:30. There will be no ghost tour on Sept. 24th.

The Mount is located in Lenox, Massachusetts, on the corner of Route 7 and Plunkett Street. It is approximately a two- hour drive west of Boston and a three- hour drive north of New York City.

The Terrace Café is open daily for lunch 11-4 until September 6th. The Evening Jazz Café is open 5-8 from July the 30th until Sept. 4th
