DESCRIPTION:Bring the whole family to Under the Tent\, a free family concert series featuring lively performances by local folk\, bluegrass\, and kindie rock musicians. With toe-tapping tunes and a festive atmosphere\, these concerts are a fun introduction to a range of musical genres and styles. \nIn July\, The Mount welcomes Hold on Honeys\, a folk-influenced acoustic band from Troy\, New York\, offering tight-knit harmonies to nourish the soul and invigorate the senses. Hold on Honeys features Emily\, Curro\, Raya Malcolm\, and Shannon Rafferty. \nIMPORTANT EVENT INFORMATION: \n\nThis performance takes place in The Mount’s Event Tent\, a large-scale\, open-air tent adjacent to the parking lot. Please be mindful of the weather and plan accordingly.\nThis concert is intended for kids of all ages accompanied by their grown-ups. Thanks to our event sponsors\, it is free and open to the public! Registration is not required.\nIn the event of extreme weather—such as excessive heat or severe thunderstorms—this performance will be cancelled. This webpage and The Mount’s homepage will be updated by 9:00 am the day of the performance if a cancellation is necessary.\nSeating for all Mount programs is first-come\, first-served.
