Sounds of Summer is The Mount’s most popular event of the season!
Attendees should anticipate a lively crowd and festive atmosphere.
Before you join us, here are some guidelines for this event:

Musicians perform on The Mount’s Terrace, and speakers are setup on the lawn so music lovers can enjoy the show from our grounds and gardens. When you arrive, please park in the Upper Lot. Our parking lot has been redesigned and is recently reopened to the public, so we ask for your patience as our parking attendants help you park safely.

We recommend arriving fifteen minutes early to allow time to enjoy the quarter mile walk down the driveway to the Main House. If you require assistance to the concert location, a golf cart shuttle will be running throughout the afternoon and evening. Pick-up and drop-off points will be clearly marked, and seating is available while you wait.

Seating on the Terrace is first come, first served! Please consider bringing a blanket and/or chairs to enjoy the show from the lawn. Accessible seating is available! To make arrangements, phone: 413-551-5111; ext. #2

A Kid Zone with lawn games, crafts, and other fun activities will be set up on the lawn near the French Garden. Well-behaved dogs on leashes are welcome!

The Terrace Bar will be open at 4:30 pm! Pizza Trails and KJ Nosh food trucks will begin serving at 5:30 pm. *Please note that The Mount’s alcohol license does not permit outside beverages to be brought in. Help maintain our status with the Mass ABCC by patronizing The Mount’s Terrace Bar!

In the event of inclement weather, Sounds of Summer will be moved to the Mount Bistro at the Stable. Notification of a venue change will be announced on this event listing as well as The Mount’s homepage by 2:00 pm the day of the concert.
