Registrants will be notified by email by 12:00 pm the day of the program.\nThere is a short trail walk of 0.5 miles at the start of this program. Surfaces may be uneven\, and participants are advised to be mindful of exposed roots and natural variations underfoot.\nWhile The Mount is a dog-friendly property\, dogs are not permitted in this program.\nQuestions? Email: maryhannah.parkman@gmail.com; or phone: 413-551-5111 x2\n\n  \n\n  \nMary Hannah Parkman is a certified Tai Chi Instructor and Yoga Teacher. She was drawn to Tai Chi by the nature-inspired movements and the dance between grace and strength.
