Make-and-Take Arts-and-Crafts!

June 7 @ 11:00 am - 12:00 pm
Drop in anytime — no registration required!

Kids of all ages are invited to explore their creativity with The Mount’s art educators. In each session, young artists will experiment with fun mixed-media projects inspired by the theme of the monthly StoryWalk. All skill levels are welcome, and everyone will leave with a one-of-a-kind creation to take home. All materials are provided—just bring your imagination!

IMPORTANT EVENT INFORMATION:

  • This program is designed for youth of all ages accompanied by their grown-ups. Thanks to our sponsors, Make-and-Take programs are free and open to the public; registration is not required.
  • Craft programs take place under a tent near the gathering behind The Mount’s Ticket Booth. Participants are encouraged to explore the StoryWalk trail—a wide, gently sloped woodchip path through the woods. Most strollers can navigate the trail with ease. Please be mindful of the weather and plan accordingly!
  • In the event of poor weather, Make-and-Take will be moved indoors to the Stable Auditorium. Please check in at the Ticket Booth when you arrive to receive any updates about the location of this program.
