Working at The Mount
We are a welcoming, creative, and collaborative team that enjoys meaningful, mission-driven work in a spectacular setting. In warmer months, meetings are often held on the Terrace, overlooking a one-of-a-kind view fashioned by Edith Wharton herself. From public programs to house tours and the ongoing work involved in the preservation of a 100-year-old estate, we enjoy the collegial support of one another across departments.
