Stories & Stretches is an outdoor, movement-based workshop designed for kids of all ages. Blending storytelling and yoga, this lively series is brought to us by Kimberly Kidder, owner of Flow on Main yoga studio. Students will participate in coordinated movements, playful games, mindful meditations, and breathing exercises. Stories & Stretches is designed to encourage physical and emotional awareness through fun and engaging experiences.
IMPORTANT EVENT INFORMATION:
- This program is designed for elementary-aged youth, accompanied by their grown-ups. Thanks to our sponsors, Stories & Stretches is free and open to the public; registration is encouraged but not required.
