Join us — no registration required.

Stories & Stretches is an outdoor, movement-based workshop designed for kids of all ages. Blending storytelling and yoga, this lively series is brought to us by Kimberly Kidder, owner of Flow on Main yoga studio. Students will participate in coordinated movements, playful games, mindful meditations, and breathing exercises. Stories & Stretches is designed to encourage physical and emotional awareness through fun and engaging experiences.

IMPORTANT EVENT INFORMATION:

  • This program is designed for elementary-aged youth, accompanied by their grown-ups. Thanks to our sponsors, Stories & Stretches is free and open to the public; registration is encouraged but not required.
  • This program takes place outdoors on the lawn adjacent to the French Garden. In the event of inclement weather, Stories & Stretches will be moved indoors to the Stable Auditorium. Please check in at the Ticket Booth when you arrive to receive any updates about the location of this program.
