January 25 @ 1:30 am - 3:00 pm
Enliven your senses, refresh your mood, and boost your immune system with Forest Bathing and Tai Chi among the verdant forests at The Mount. Mary Hannah will guide you in easy to follow Tai Chi movements to cultivate vitality and a walking meditation to experience “The art of connecting with nature through our senses” – Dr. Qing Lin, Chairman of the Japanese Society for Forest Medicine
By allowing space to be present in nature and move with nature, we awaken not only our senses but also wonder, curiosity and our innate capacity for healing.
