Cultivating Resilience in the Face of Chaos with Reverend Eileen Mahoney

July 30 @ 9:30 am - 12:30 pm

This half-day retreat offers space to slow down, recenter, renew your spirit, and explore mindfulness practices that support resilience in everyday life. The Mount’s exquisite trees, along with meditation and journalling, will connect us to Viriditas—the greening of our souls—to explore spiritual growth and connect with nature—a force that is grounding and life-giving. This workshop is rooted in an inclusive, non-denominational approach and open to all.

  • This three-hour workshop takes place in The Mount’s Stable Auditorium, a climate-controlled auditorium and classroom adjacent to the Main Parking Lot. Registrants may be asked to participate in some outdoor activities, so please dress accordingly!
