Spend a morning experiencing how nourishing everyday life can be, even amid the pace and unpredictability of change. In this half-day workshop, mindfulness meditation and reflective writing will serve as gateways to present-moment awareness, cultivating greater calm, increased focus, and enhanced emotional balance.
Rooted in an inclusive, non-denominational approach, this workshop is open to all. Please join us for this refreshing, revitalizing practice—no prior experience necessary.
